I remember walking into my first class with Maggie at HIP Studio and thinking this was going to be perfect. I was still sore from a class I had taken earlier in the week, and was looking forward to a workout that felt more like stretching.
At first glance I just knew the bubbly blonde testing the microphone and queuing up a playlist of my favorite country and pop songs couldn't be the same Maggie that others had spoken about with a tremble of fear in their voice. She was sweet, she was personable, and then in a second... she meant business.
Leaving class that day I felt lucky I had survived. I also was so proud of what I had accomplished and even though my mind came in thinking I couldn't handle being pushed, Maggie knew I could. From that day forward I was addicted to her classes.
This past weekend I photographed Maggie for a new adventure she is starting. While she will continue to be one of the favorite class instructors at HIP Studio she is now offering clients the opportunity to train with her in one-on-one private sessions at a time that is convenient for their schedules.
Maggie contacted me about photographing her for her new website. Together we came up with some ideas that would showcase her skills in the studio as well as her personality.
